In her role as Office Manager, Tania oversees daily operations, from scheduling appointments to managing patient records. As a Treatment Coordinator, she takes pride in educating patients about their treatment options and working closely with the dental team to provide tailored care plans.
Tania has a strong background in project management and team coordination which allows her to support her team and optimize processes.
Tania believes that a positive patient experience is key to promoting oral health, and she is dedicated to fostering a welcoming atmosphere in our office.
Lynn is our part time dental receptionist who will greet you with a warm and beautiful smile. She is fluently bilingual and has 40 years experience in dental administration.
When she is not working, Lynn enjoys reading and spending time with her husband and her fur baby “Nikki”. In the summertime, she enjoys spending time at the cottage.
Born and raised in London, England, Nilu recently moved to Canada to study and pursue a career in Human Resources. She has over 11 years customer service experience with 6 years experience in management. She has recently graduated from Algonquin College with a diploma in Human Resources Management.
In her free time, Nilu likes to read, go to the gym and work on her small business in digital illustration.
Michaela is a dedicated dental hygienist with a passion for helping patients achieve optimal oral health bringing 10 years experience to our office. She started her dental career graduating as a Level II Dental Assistant from Algonquin College in 2014. Wanting to further develop her career and skillset, Michaela attended the Canadian National Institute of Health (CNIH), graduating in 2020 with a diploma as a Dental Hygienist.
Her mission is to provide gentle, compassionate care while educating patients about the importance of dental hygiene. Michaela is committed to making your experience as comfortable as possible, helping you maintain a healthy and beautiful smile!
Michaela grew up with her loving family in Maitland, and is now based in Winchester with her husband. When not at the office, she enjoys reading and spending quality time with her husband and adorable fur babies.
Tetyana is a licensed dental hygienist with 16 years of experience helping patients maintain healthy, beautiful smiles. She is passionate about preventative care and educating patients on the best ways to take care of their oral health.
After graduating from Regency Dental Hygiene Academy, Tetyana’s goal has always been to create a comfortable, friendly environment where patients feel at ease and confident in her care.
When not in the dental office, Tetyana spends her time with her family, cheering on her 2 lovely sons on the soccer field.
Brianna is a dedicated and compassionate dental hygienist with over 13 years of experience in providing exceptional oral care. Graduating from Algonquin College in 2011 with a diploma in Dental Hygiene, she is passionate about promoting oral health and educating patients on the importance of preventive care.
Brianna grew up in the Metcalfe/Russell area. Now based in Winchester, when not at the office, Brianna enjoys reading, sports and spending time with her 4 wonderful children.
Graduating from Algonquin College in 2017 as Level II Dental Assistant, Judah brings 7 years of experience in the dental field. She is passionate about providing exceptional patient care and supporting dental health. Gaining extensive knowledge in dental surgery is her passion.
Judah thrives in fast-paced environments, where organizational skills and attention to detail ensure smooth operations in the office. Above all, patient comfort is her number 1 priority.
Outside of the office, Judah loves to spend time with her husband and horses on the hobby farm, and spending time in nature.
